Sean is a Managing Director with Accenture, the world’s largest technology services company, specializing in the development and integration of large-scale software systems. Over the past 25 years, Sean has worked around the country in the Health and Public Services sector developing an expertise in programs like Child Welfare, Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF. He has led teams of several hundred all over the world with budgets in excess of $100M. He has extensive experience with enterprise modernization, AI/automation, cloud transformation, and human-centered design. He has certifications in project management, agile development, agentic AI, and advanced delivery leadership.

Originally from the East Coast, Sean is an alumnus of Carolina Crown and has remained connected to music and the arts by avocating and supporting all forms of expression. He relocated to San Diego after high school, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Sean is married to a career educator in a local school district who is committed to advocating for equitable access to technology in the classroom. He has two children raised in the Sacramento area. He is an avid fan of the San Diego Padres, Boston Bruins, SDSU Aztecs, and Notre Dame football.
