The Marching Arts In-Service is sponsored by Mandarins Performing Arts in cooperation with CMEA Capitol Section. This professional development opportunity is for music educators and marching arts educators to learn about various topics in the marching arts field and network with others in the community. The in-service will have 8 presentations over 4 time slots and feature many of our local educators.
