Mandarins Planned Giving Workshop

Mandarins Performing Arts is hosting a free Planned Giving in-person workshop on Monday,  March 9, 2026. at the Mandarins Event Center. Snacks will be served, and this event will be live-streamed for those who can not attend in person.

Anthony M. Despotes is a Founding Partner with Leonardini, Despotes, Giannecchini & Nims, LLP whose practice area focuses on a broad range of estate planning, from standard wills and trusts to sophisticated planning for high net-worth clients. This specialization includes post-death estate and trust administration. In 2011 Anthony was certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.

Anthony also has extensive business transactional experience, including formation/dissolution of businesses, buy-sell agreements, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Anthony is a former member and board member of the Rotary Club of Stockton and Stockton Rotary Endowment. He also served as a member of the Stockton Estate Planning Council and the probate committee of the San Joaquin County Bar Association.

Anthony was admitted to practice law in California in 2004. He graduated, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Anthony graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis with a B.S. in Managerial Economics.
