Kitty Chow

Kitty Chow had three sons who marched in the Mandarins, with the first starting in 1986. This was the beginning of more than 25 years volunteering with the Mandarins, serving as the Personnel Manager on the Administrative Staff and working at the Mandarins Bingo Games during all those years—this was particularly important in later years when it became more difficult to obtain volunteers. She also worked on the kitchen staff for all of the DCI Capital Classic shows where the Mandarins sold its own fresh food.
