How much does it cost?

Tuition for the 2026 season is $950.
Tuition provides music and visual instruction, rehearsal facilities, instrument usage, and costumes. There are fundraising options available!

What is the time commitment?

Rehearsals are held on Sundays in Sacramento, with performances on Saturdays throughout the spring. There will be approximately five performances throughout the season, with the opportunity for additional performances coming soon.

Who can join?

Immortal Winds is open to performers ages 16 and up in the Sacramento Region, for Brass and Woodwind performers, with percussion opportunities available.

When can I audition?

Audition registration is now open! The non-refundable registration fee is $40. 
In-person auditions will be held on November 23rd at the Mandarins Event Center in Sacramento.

Is Immortal Winds a competitive group?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Immortal Winds competes in local NCBA/NCPA/WGI shows as an Independent Open Winds group.

Question 6

What should I bring to auditions?

Accepted Answer

Bring your own instrument/equipment. We will only have a few instruments available for the day.
Bring a water bottle and comfortable athletic clothing.
Bring the audition packet printed out or available on a mobile device and a music stand.
