Mandarins 2027: Steering Committee and Senior Leadership

As we work toward a strong and successful return to the field in 2027, the process starts now, and we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

A Drum Corps Steering Committee, led by Mandarins alum Dr. Anna Keck, has been formed and is actively addressing the challenges ahead while building a clear plan to bring the Mandarins Drum & Bugle Corps back to competition.

We’re also excited to announce the senior leadership of the drum corps: JW Koester as Senior Director and Santiago Sabado as Senior Associate Director. Together, this team will work closely with Dr. Keck and the committee to guide the Mandarins’ return in 2027.
